Five weekly coaching sessions


This series of one on one coaching will support you to reflect and build on your healing and personal development journey. As we reflect on the journey you have undertaken so far you will gain insight into where you want to go next.

Once you are clear on what you want to achieve I will work with you to take your first steps in achieving your wellness goals. The types of goals that you might like to work towards may include (but are not limited to):

a meditation practice

learning to journal

starting yoga or other mind, body, spirit practice

working through relationship decisions and relational perspectives

learning health boundaries

understanding or working with energy

understanding your anger

Frequently Asked Questions





Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

You can terminate your coaching with me at any time; you do not need to give a reason or justify your decision in any way. If you do choose to terminate, the following refund structure applies.

Termination after the 1st sessionĀ - Full refund minus $50 admin fee

Termination up to and including the halfway session - 50% refund minus $25 admin fee

Termination up to and including the third quarter session - 25% refund (where more than 5 sessions booked)

Termination on last or second to last session - No refund






How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.






Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again. I have a range of coaching options for you to choose from.
